Gary Brewer and the Kentucky Ramblers Present:

Brewgrass Newsletter (November 2003)

As Gary and his family get settled into the new home, many new opportunities for the Ramblers are becoming a reality.  Design has begun on a new television studio on the property for Gary’s up coming television show.  Also plans for more shows both on the property and abroad are being scheduled every day.  We want to make this anniversary year the biggest the ramblers have ever seen.  If you are interested in booking the Ramblers this year don’t wait.  The dates are going quick!  Contact Gary at g.brewer5@verizon.net.

This winter is panning out to be one of the biggest for Gary and the Ramblers.  With several recordings that are long overdue the Ramblers will be busy making albums for next year.  In addition to collections from over the past 25 years, more of your favorite rambler material will soon be available on CD.  Catch us when we are playing near you and see what new material we have to offer.

For those of you who happened to be passing through Lucketts, VA he first of this month might have seen a familiar face from the past on stage with Gary.  Larry Beasley was back playing with the ramblers to finish out the year.  You never know what to expect with the Ramblers.  The upcoming season will be full of surprises!

November Dates:

1    Saturday    Lucketts, VA
15 Saturday
Milton, WV

What’s New with the Brew Crew?

Gary- Now that Gary is on the farm he is expecting a new arrival.  That being his parents of course!  Fin and Norma’s new home is almost finished and sits just across the drive from Gary’s.  In addition to helping his folks move Gary is proud of Wayne who was just moved into the Excel program, only a few months after starting his new school.

Wade- Wade has been busy working in Nashville.  In his spare time he visits nursing home sharing his musical talents.  His new house has kept him busy but is looking great.  He finished just in time to beat the cold.   His parents have also been down many times to help with landscaping and other odd jobs around the house.

Charles- Aside from studying for tests I find I have just enough time to sleep, and sometimes eat.  I am almost to the point where I need fewer classes than I have fingers (and toes) which is a great feeling.  I am looking forward to the winter as a time to catch up with my family.
