Use this order form to  request CD's or Tapes.  Be sure to specify which you would prefer by circling one of the two below.  Please remember that all record prices ARE NOT the same.  Also note that not all albums are available on both cd and tape.  Please include the correct price.  Prices are listed on previous page.  If for some reason the album you requested is not available or out of stock, we will contact you immediately.  Please allow 1 week for shipping.

All CD's are $20, and all tapes are $10.   Free shipping for orders over $20.  For orders under $20 please provide $3.00 for shipping and packing.
